Landry’s Ambassador Program FAQ


How do I register my Ambassador Card?

Account registration must be completed online. You will need your 16 digit card number from your Ambassador card. You will be prompted for your name and the business information for where you are employed. You will select your own ID number.


How will I earn points on my Ambassador Card?

Rewards will be automatically applied to your registered Ambassador card when your referred guests dine at any participating Landry’s restaurant. Be sure to write your ID number on the referral cards or when making your reservations for your guests.


Will I be notified when my guests dine at your restaurant?

Yes, you will receive an email or text (based on the communication preference you chose) to advise you that your referred guest has dined with us.


How long will it take for an earned reward to be added to my card?

Your account will be credited by next business day.




How long are earned rewards valid?

Each reward is valid for 180 days from date earned.


How do I redeem my rewards?

Rewards will be loaded as dollars on your Reward Card. Just bring the Card with you when you dine and the balance will be applied to your guest check. 


Are there any restrictions when redeeming my Rewards?

Yes, you can redeem up to $500 per 24 hour period at participating Landry’s affiliated restaurants. Cannot be redeemed for take-out, gratuity, merchandise, or gift cards. Cannot be used with any other offers or discounts and Landry’s Select Club points will not be earned.




Can I manage my account online?

Yes, the Ambassador website allows you access to manage your profile and check your account balance.


If I have an issue with my account, is there someone I can contact to help me?

Contact information will be available on the website once you log in.
